Construction of communication networks
In the Vaela residential area in Kiili, we built a high-speed internet network for a total of 130 customers on behalf of Telia Estonia.
The installation of the fibre-optic cable was an important step in the development of a modern, high-speed data network in the region. As a result of the work, residents had a more reliable and faster internet connection, which was essential for working from home offices, as well as for entertainment and increased community interaction.
During the installation works, we built a modern fibre-optic network, which continues to stand as an important infrastructure development for the whole region. We used cutting-edge technology to ensure a high quality and durable result. During the project, particular attention was paid to the quality of work and materials and their compliance with international standards. High-speed internet network installation works for a total of 400 customers, carried out on behalf of Telia Eesti AS.
We built a high-speed internet network in the Kakumäe, Vismeistri and Pikaliiva areas. As a result of the work, the residents of the area gained access to reliable and high-speed internet connections and the project delivered a high quality fibre network, which will significantly improve the quality of life in the area and support the digital development of the community. The works were carried out using the latest technology and high standards, ensuring both durability and longevity. Particular attention was paid to the quality of the work, which meets strict international standards. Construction of electrical networks
Installation of an Elektrilevi substation for Keila Circle K EV chargers.
With this project, we supported the efforts of Elektrilevi, an Estonian distribution network operator, to promote electric vehicle infrastructure by installing a new substation at a Circle K in Keila. The substation will be an important reference point for new electric vehicle chargers, providing the necessary capacity and ensuring a stable and reliable electricity supply.
During the works, we installed a modern substation that meets all modern technical and safety standards. Our team took care of the high quality of the installation work, from planning to final testing. This project is part of a larger initiative to expand and improve the electric vehicle charging network in Estonia, supporting green energy use and sustainable development.
Working with Elektrilevi allowed us to offer a solution that combines technical know-how and environmental awareness, while at the same time providing consumers with better access to electric vehicle charging services.

Data Center
A-Kaabel was involved in a key project to build a high quality and compliant server room for telecom operator Levira. The client wanted a server room that would provide a high level of security, a reliable power supply and optimal operating temperature to support Levira’s data centre operations at the Betooni location.
Our team was responsible for the entire server room construction process from design to final completion. We ensured that the server room was equipped with modern cooling systems to keep the servers at operating temperature, and reliable UPS units and backup generators to ensure a stable and uninterrupted power supply.
The installation of fire extinguishing systems was an important part of the project, as critical equipment in Levira’s server room required the highest level of security. In addition, we integrated access control and monitoring systems to ensure physical security and protection against unauthorised access.
During the construction process, we strictly adhered to all international standards and local regulations to ensure the server room met all requirements. The end result is a modern, secure and reliable server room that meets Levira’s high expectations and helps ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the company’s data centre.
